Obituary of Joseph A. Cseh

Joseph “Porky” Cseh, 95, of New Brunswick, passed away peacefully at his home with his family at his side. Born in Hungary in 1923 to Joseph and Helen (Refi) Cseh, he moved here at the age of two. Joseph proudly served our country in the US Navy during World War 2. He was an avid Rutgers Football and Basketball fan, known for his time spent with Saint Emery Boys Basketball, enjoyed collecting stamps in his younger years and most of all enjoyed socializing and having a drink with dear family and friends. He was a glazier by trade until his retirement in 1988.

He is predeceased by both his parents and his sisters, Helen Sohonyay and Sarah Petrick.

Joseph is survived by his dear and loving wife Alice (Uhl) Cseh, many nieces and nephews and his godchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday September 18, from 5pm to 8pm at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday September 19, 10AM at St Ladislaus Church, New Brunswick. Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery, New Brunswick.
