Obituary of Anne Marie Notarianni
Ann Marie Notarianni, 79, of Somerset, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Parker at Monroe Nursing Center, Monroe. After graduating from St. Peter High School in New Brunswick, Anne Marie joined Johnson & Johnson, where she was an Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer, and later to the Company Group Chairman who was responsible for the consumer products division, retiring in 2001.
She spent eight years as a Commissioner on the New Brunswick Housing and Urban Development Authority, serving as its Chair for two years. She was also a Trustee for St. Peter the Apostle Church, New Brunswick.
In her free time, Anne Marie enjoyed traveling. She spent time seeing the wonders of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Maui and many more terrific places. She also enjoyed singing with the Choir at St. Peter the Apostle Church, with the Diocesan Festival Choir, and the Masterworks Chorus.
Anne Marie was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Josephine Notarianni; brothers, Joseph, John Notarianni, and Samuel VanChiere; and her sisters, Josephine Morbit, Teresa Shibles, Marie Ricchiuti and Sister Thomasina Frances. She is survived by her brother, Raymond Notarianni and his wife Carol; and a sister Joanne Figorotta. She is also survived by nieces and nephews who were like her own children: Norman and Rene Ricchiuti, Donna Bavarskas, Bruce Morbit, Anne Marie Frederick, Natalie Frank, Maria Abode, Thomas Notarianni Jr., Joseph Notarianni, Frances Raneri, Joseph Notarianni Jr., Prescott Shibles, John Shibles, and Jessica Notarianni. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 3-7PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick; and Thursday, 9AM at the funeral home with a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter the Apostle Church, New Brunswick. Cremation will be private.
