Edward L. Breuer, 66, of Monroe passed away Saturday November 19, 2016 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Elizabeth, he was a resident in Jackson for 33 years before moving to Monroe. Edward served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, and was a Maintenance Mechanic for Firmenich in Newark. Edward was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Margaret Breuer and brothers, Raymond and Donald. He is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline Breuer; son, Christopher Breuer; daughter, Victoria Breuer; brother, Terry McKenna; and sister, Jane Janker. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Friday November 25, 2016 from 7-9PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, 9:30AM at St. Matthew the Apostle Church, Edison. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia.
