Anthony W. DeNicola, 92, of Edison passed away Thursday September 22, 2016 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. Born in Edison, Anthony was a lifelong resident. He served his country in the United States Army during WWII, landing in Normandy on D Day. He was a Manager with Richardson Battery Co. in New Brunswick, and after his retirement worked for Parnes Bakery in Perth Amboy. Anthony was predeceased by his wife Paulette in 1989; brothers, Frank and Rosario DeNicola; and a sister, Sarah. He is survived by his sons, Anthony R. DeNicola and his wife Dianne of Edison and Richard J. DeNicola of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Brian, Stephanie and Christine DeNicola; two great grandchildren, Madison and Evan DeNicola; his companion Lois Palfi; along with severs nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Monday September 26, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison and Tuesday, 9:30AM until the funeral service at 10AM at the funeral home.
