Mary Lou Mooney, 76, of Edison, passed away Friday July 15, 2016 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. She worked for the Twp. Of Edison in the Tax Assessor Office and was a member of the Garden Club of Edison. Mary Lou was predeceased by her husband John Mooney. She is survived by her sisters, Barbara Ganoe and Delores Elbell; her Goddaughter, Diane; friend, Adele Searfoss; along with 6 nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Following Mary Lou's wishes, cremation was private. Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
