Helen Woodward, 83, of Edison passed away Monday July 4, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Bayonne, she was a graduate of Bayonne High School. Before her retirement, she was a Manager and Assistant Vice President of First Bank & Trust. Helen was a member of the Lindeneau Senior Citizens, and was very involved with the 1st Baptist Church in Metuchen. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Woodward; parents, Frank & Nellie Baron; brothers, Frank & Raymond Baron; and a sister, Josephine Walczak. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Lee and her husband John; grandchildren, Jennica Lee and her husband Mark, Mattison Lee and his wife Jessica; great grandchildren, Mason & Juliet Lee; brothers, Ted & John Christopher; and a sister, Maria Drexler. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Thursday July 7, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, 11AM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
