Anne Wilson,94, passed away on June 28, 2016 at Parker at McCarrick Care Center in Somerset, NJ. Anne was born February 2, 1922 in Staten Island, NY, moved to New Jersey at the age of 4 and attended schools in Edison, Fords and New Brunswick. She graduated from New Brunswick High School where she participated in many sports. Anne loved to bowl and was president for woman's league for 12 years at Carolier Lanes. Anne and her husband Tom were members of St. Peters R. C. Church in New Brunswick for 30 years where she served as Treasurer in the Altar Rosary Society. Anne was also a member of the I.L.G.W.U. for 25 years where she served as Treasurer in Local 149. Anne was predeceased by her husband Thomas Wilson of 57 years. Anne was also predeceased by her parents Rose and Peter Tarr, her brothers Peter Tarr, William Tarr and Frank Tarr, and her sisters Rose Haasis, Sue Keszler and Helen Haluko. Anne is survived by her children Betty Pochinski and husband Edward from North Brunswick, Thomas Wilson Jr. from San Diego, California, Wayne Wilson and wife Kristy from Ogden, Utah, Marianne Mera and husband Narciso from Pittstown, NJ. She is also survived by her six grandchildren Edward Pochinski III, Jennifer Pugliese, Jeannine Pochinski, Zoltan Wilson, Chelsea Wilson, and Drew Mera. She also leaves behind five great-grandchildren Jasmine Fels, Jordan Fels, Domenick Pugliese, Stephen Pochinski and Rachael Pochinski. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday July 5, 2016 from 9-11AM at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM at the funeral home.
