Jo Ann Kelly, beloved Mother and Grandmother, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Somerset Woods Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Somerset. Born in Columbia, MO she resided in Piscataway until 1989 then relocated to Statesville, NC for 25 years before moving to Somerset. Mrs. Kelly loved gardening, spending time with her family, her precious poodle, Chloe, and doing puzzles. She was predeceased by her first husband John J. Yeagher in 1966, her second husband James C. Kelly in 2001, and her son John J. Yeagher, Jr. in 2001. Surviving are her daughters Gail Yeagher of Somerset, Lisa Merring and her husband Thomas of Hampton, and daughter in-law Giselle Yeagher of High Point, NC; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 2 at 11am at Christ United Methodist Church 485 Hoes Lane Piscataway, NJ 08854. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Christ United Methodist Church 485 Hoes Lane Piscataway, NJ 08854 or Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church 825 Wesley Drive Statesville, NC 28677.
