Edward A. Grandjean, 57, of Edison passed away Monday February 29, 2016 at home. Born in New Brunswick, he was a lifelong resident of Edison. Before retiring in 2012, Edward was a Firefighter and EMT for Edison Fire Department residing at Station 4 for most of his career. Edward is survived by his wife, Patricia Grandjean; sons, Robert Grandjean and his wife Jessica, and Michael Bergamo and his wife Mercedes; daughters, Michelle Fronduto and her husband Andrew, Christian Latham and her husband Jeffrey, and Kari Donovan and her husband Walter. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday March 2, 2016 from 3-7PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Edward can be made to the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, 120 Albany St., Tower 1, Suite 305, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
