Elizabeth Hayes, 84, of Edison passed away Wednesday February 24, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rahway. She was a homemaker, and worked part time at The Spot for Children, a clothing store in Highland Park. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband, John J. Hayes; a son, Patrick Hayes; and a brother, Arthur Roleson. She is survived by her children, Mary Coleen Burton and her husband Chuck, John Thomas Hayes and his wife Megan, Kenneth Hayes and his wife Marjorie and Kathleen Hayes. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday February 29, 2016, 10AM at Guardian Angel's Church, Edison. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Sunday from 5-7PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison.
