Carmela R. Kish, 93, of New Brunswick, passed away Monday January 11, 2016. She was born in Philadelphia and has lived in New Brunswick for 70 years. She was a seamstress in New Brunswick for many years before retiring 28 years ago. Carmela was a communicant of St. Peter's Church and President of the New Brunswick Women's Federation, and also served as Secretary and Treasurer. She was also a member of the New Brunswick Senior Citizens. Carmela is predeceased by her loving husband, John Kish in 1988. She is survived by her son, John Kish and his wife Brenda of Highland Park; a daughter, Marie E. Kish and her husband Charles of Woodbridge; a sister, Marie Pezzino of PA; grandchildren, Carolyn, Jill, John Jr., James, Alex, Kimberly, Gina and Kathleen; along with 17 great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday January 14, 2016, 10:30AM at St. Peter's Church, New Brunswick. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick. Relatives and friends are invited to visit prior to Mass on Thursday from 9-10AM at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick.
