Roman Starozytnyk, 89, of North Brunswick, passed away Tuesday December 22, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in the Ukraine, he has lived in North Brunswick for 57 years. He was the Owner/Operator of the Roman Inn, North Brunswick. Roman is survived by his wife, Stefania; three sons, Roman Jr., Stephen Alex and Walter Danny; along with four grandchildren, Stephen, Christine, Daniel, and Alexis. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday December 24th, 2015, 9:30AM at the Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick, followed by at 10AM Mass at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, New Brunswick. Interment will follow at St. Andrew's Cemetery, S. Bound Brook. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday December 23, 2015 from 2-5PM at the funeral home.
