Obituary of Marilyn Cronin

Marilyn A. Cronin, 84, of North Brunswick passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday December 15, 2015. Marilyn was born in New York before moving to Highland Park, NJ where she grew up and resided with her husband and family for most of her life. She later moved to North Brunswick in 1996. Daughter of the late John and Catherine McDonald, Marilyn was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her brothers John and Joseph and her sister Catherine. She is survived by the love of her life, and husband of 54 years, Francis, and her four children and their spouses: Kelly Stevens (Edward), Eileen Kuc (Jeffrey), Dennis (Karen), and Katy Stumbaugh (Shawn). She also leaves behind her loving sister Eileen Bicsko (John), sister-in-law Alice Cronin and devoted caregiver Abigail Amponsah. She was devoted "Mimi" to E.J., Meghan and Connor (Stevens), Jessica, Jeffrey and Matthew (Kuc), Hannah and Kerry (Cronin), and Ryan, Shannon and Erin (Stumbaugh). Marilyn will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Her laughter and beautiful blue eyes will remain in our memory forever. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 18, 2015, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 19, 2015, 9:30 am at Boylan, followed by a 10:00 am mass at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, 1740 US Rt. 130, North Brunswick, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick.
