John Pouliot, 92, of Edison, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015 in the comfort of his own home. He worked as an Engineer for 35 years after returning from WWII with honorable discharge. He served his country, his community, and most importantly his family. He was loved and respected by all and will be remembered and truly missed. He was predeceased by his daughter, Deborah Blonder. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Virginia Pouliot, son Tom Pouliot, daughter in law Peggy Pouliot and son in law John Blonder. He was also blessed with 6 grandchildren Yvette Pouliot Obrien and husband Kevin, Jennifer Blonder-Cacciarelli and husband Anthony, Tommy Pouliot and wife Randy, Dara Blonder-Colon, Shauna Blonder, and Nicole Stanislawczyk and husband Eric. He also had 15 loving great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 9 am at Boylan Funeral Home 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison, followed by a Mass at 9:30 am at St. Matthew's R.C. Church in Edison. Interment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at the funeral home
