Richard S. Mroczek, 83, of Edison passed away Sunday November 22, 2015 at St. Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Elizabeth, he has lived in Edison for 55 years. Richard loved to sail, and was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Raritan Yacht Club. Richard is predeceased by his son, Ricky Mroczek and his daughter Debra Silk. He is survived by his wife Elaine Benizzi; daughters, Mary Rose and her husband David and Athena Hughes and her husband Paul Wilson; brother, Stephen Mroczek; grandchildren, Carrie, Lauren, Robyn, Kyle, Evan, Adam and Emily; and great grandchildren, Steve, Kylee, Jordyn and Zoey. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday November 25th, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Ave., Edison.
