Joseph Caiola Sr., of Edison, passed away Wednesday, October 28th 2015 at Parker at Monroe. Born in Newark, he lived in Highland Park and Piscataway before moving to Monroe. Joseph served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. For over 50 years he was an owner/sales development associate of Pepperidge Farm products. Joseph was predeceased by his wife Jennie, and a son Joseph, Jr. He is survived by his son and daughter in law, Louis and Carol Caiola; a daughter in law Barbara Caiola; a sister, Connie DeMarco; grandchildren, Jason Caiola and his wife Laura, Joseph Caiola III, Kristin Capalbo and her husband William, and Christopher Caiola; along with 5 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30AM, Monday November 2, 2015 at Guardian Angel's Church, Edison followed by Entombment at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick. Family and friends may pay their respects Sunday November 1st from 4-7PM at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Ave., Edison. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joseph can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
