Angelo Negri, 93, of Somerset passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at McCarrick Care Center, Somerset. He was a Mason with Local #5 in Bordentown before retiring. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a member of the Italian American Club in Highland Park, VFW Post 10536, and a long time member the St. Peter the Apostle Choir. Angelo is predeceased by his beloved wife Ann (Santangelo) Negri; his parents, Urbano and Rosalina Negri; and his sisters, Albina (Bina) Czapblinski, Isula (Ezor) Busby, and Tulia (Julia) Rosetto. He is survived by his son Bruce Negri and his wife Diane of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Curt, Eric, and Marc Negri. Funeral services will be held Friday September 4, 2015 9:30AM at the Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue in New Brunswick, followed by a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter the Apostle RC Church in New Brunswick. Entombment will follow at St. Peter's Mausoleum. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday September 3rd from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Angelo's name can be made to St. Peter the Apostle RC Church, New Brunswick.
