Margaret Cannella passed away at Roosevelt Care Center, in Edison on Saturday, November 15, 2014. Born in Nova Scotia, Canada, she resided in Edison for over 50 years. Margaret was a member of the Stelton Seniors as well as a devoted member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Edison. Margaret enjoyed writing poetry and sharing her poems with her friends. She loved her family as well as her Church Family. She will be deeply missed. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Rita Morrison; her husband, John Cannella; her son, Bryce Barron and a brother, Bryce Morrison. She is survived by her sisters, Agnis Cox and her husband Phil of NB Canada, Sandra Higman and her husband Fred of Rhode Island, Judy Morris and her husband Chris of Vancouver BC Canada and Jackie Morrison of NB Canada as well as several nieces and nephews; her daughters, Betty L Schwartz of Cliffwood Beach NJ, Patricia Parkhurst of Edison NJ and Wendy Barron of Cranbury; 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. November 22, at Community Presbyterian Church, 75 Glenville Road, Edison, NJ 08817. (Across from Edison High School Football Field 732-287-1666.) Arrangements were under the direction of the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison. In lieu of flowers donations in the Memory of Margaret can be sent to Community Presbyterian Church for General Fund.
