Betty C. Williams, 93, of Ewing, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Betty was born in Donora, Pennsylvania and raised in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. She lived in Edison for fifty-five years before moving to be with her daughter and son-in-law in Ewing. She was a Registered Nurse at JFK Hospital, and retired as an Administrative Nursing Supervisor after thirty-three years. She was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Edison. In her free time, Betty enjoyed reading, antique shopping, weekend getaways with her family and playing with her loyal Schnauzer, Maxx. Betty was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Ross Williams in 2014; son, Douglas Williams; granddaughter, Jessica; and her parents, Jesse and Myra Rosborough. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Pellegrini and her husband David; brother, Clifford Rosborough; daughter-in-law, Jeanne Williams; grandchildren, Ashley and David; along with five great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Entombment Services will be held on Saturday, May 20th at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge.
