Dorothy Plichta, 72, of North Toms River, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Dorothy graduated from Woodbridge High School. She was an Office Administrator for Middlesex County College and later worked for Ferrero Rocher. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Dorothy Plichta; and her sisters, Carol Shurak, Joann Plichta and Gloria Emhart. She is survived by her nephew and niece, Stephen and Kimberly Shurak. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue Edison. Cremation will be private.
