Mae Parsler, 84, died at Roosevelt Care Center in Edison, on Friday, January 31, 2014. Born in Chisolm, MN, Mae lived most of her life in Edison. Mae was a Secretary for Rutgers University on Busch Campus before retiring in 1992. She was also a member of the Lindenau Senior Citizens in Edison and the Franklin Eagles Women's Auxilary. Mae was predeceased by her husband Joseph Parsler, her parents Michael and Mary Yatauro and her brother Richard Yatauro. She is survived by her daughter, Jody and her husband Pat Catalfamo; her grandchildren Pat Jr and Kristen, Danny, Joe, Andrea and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Services are Wednesday, February 5th at 9:00 a.m., at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison, followed by a 9:30 a.m. mass at St. Matthew the Apostle R.C. Church in Edison; interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
