Patricia A Ashe, 74, of Edison passed away peacefully on June 29, 2017 at JFK. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Edison, NJ 46 years ago where she and Tom raised four children. Pat retired from Rutgers University after a 20-year career. Patricia is predeceased by her husband Thomas F Ashe and her parents Raymond and Adrienne O'Callaghan. Pat is survived by her sons Thomas and his wife Patty Ashe, Chris Ashe; her daughters Susan and John McAleavey, and Laura and David Gilbert; her brother Raymond O'Callaghan; her sisters Karen and Diane O'Callaghan and her (10) beloved grandchildren: Bailey, Logan, Johnny, Jake, Tommy M, Tommy A, Connor, David, Ruby and Amber. Pat's coveted kitchen sign, "But it's ok at Grandma's house", will be forever remembered by all. Visitation will be at Boylan's Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison, NJ from 2-6 pm on Sunday July 2, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 9:15 am, Monday July 3, 2017 at Boylan's Funeral Home. A Mass is scheduled for 10 am at Guardian Angels Church in Edison. A private interment will take place at St Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale Long Island NY.
