Joseph Pinter Jr., 81, of Toms River, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Community Medical Canter, Toms River. Joseph was born in New Brunswick to the late Joseph Sr. and Clara Pinter and raised in Edison. He worked for the Edison Water Department for thirty-five years. Joe was a lifelong member of the Edison Moose Lodge, loved playing horseshoes, hunting, fishing and crabbing. Joseph was predeceased by his daughters, Joann Moran and Debrah Pinter: brother, Roger Pinter; and sisters, Joanne Taranovich and Rose Perla. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Johnson of North Carolina; brother, Richard Taranovich; granddaughter, Erica Moran; grandsons, Matthew Moran, Andrew Sterner and Adam Sterner; great-granddaughter, Charlotte; and great grandson, Anthony. Services are private.
