Norman J. Stansen, 58, of Edison, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024 at home. Norman was born in Perth Amboy and raised in Edison. He was the service manager for Action Yamaha in Metuchen. Norman was predeceased by his parents, Nils Raymond and Mary Stansen; his brother, John Stansen; his sister, Brenda Werbacker; and his niece, Mary Stansen. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Stansen; sons, David Smith and Raymond Stansen; daughter, Elaine Stansen; brothers, Richard and Christopher Stansen; sisters, Christine Herka and Tanya Reid; along with his grandchildren, Chase and Joy Smith; many nieces and nephews; along with many pets, Sadie, Mocha, Luna, Bear, Gambit, Shelby, Turbo, Ash and Maverick. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Gathering on Monday, February 19, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. A Memorial Service will be held during the visitation hours.
