Ernest Paul Seaboldt, 71, of Edison, passed away at home on December 18, 2023. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War and worked as a line worker for Bristol Meyer Squibb. Ernest was a member of the VFW 3117 post in Edison and was the past commander from 1994-1995, the American Legion Post 65 in Metuchen and Pup Tent 7 Cooties in Edison. Ernest was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Olga Seaboldt; and his siblings, Thomas, Lloyd, May, Michael and Dorothy. He is survived by his wife, Joan Fogarty Seaboldt; daughter, Eileen Dorothy Seaboldt; brothers, Glen Seaboldt and his wife Diane and George Seaboldt and his wife Angela; his sister, Doris Devlin and her husband Bruce; along with many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 27th at 9:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
