Felipe Colon Tirado, best known as Angel by his family, age 71, passed away on September 11th 2020, at St. Peter’s University Hospital. He lived over 20 years in New Brunswick, NJ. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. Before coming to NJ, he managed the Cangrejo Yatch Club in Isla Verde, San Juan, Puerto Rico. HE LOVED TO FISH ON HIS FREE TIME. He is survived by his loved ones, wife, Zaida Mendez; children, Jackeline Colon and Angel Colon; grandchildren, Jay Y. Colon, Jean Peguero Colon, Teishlyann Peguero Colon, Jaymer Peguero Colon, Erick Y. Colon, Christian Colon, Christopher Colon, William Colon, Yamil A. Colon, and Neishlyann Paris Colon; greatgrandchildren Jeyshlyann Rivera, Jayriam Peguero, Jay M. Colon and Jedsiel Rivera. Also survived by nephews and nieces, Sandra Martinez, Vivian Hughes, Waleska Williams. His remains will be taken to his hometown, Yabucoa, Puerto Rico.
