Obituary of William Toth

William John Toth, 74, passed away on December 30, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital with his family by his side. Born in Johnstown, P.A. he was a longtime resident of Edison, NJ and was a life time member of the United Methodist Church of New Brunswick. William proudly served in the United States Army from 1959 to 1963, following his military service William was employed as an animal technician for Bristol-Myers Squibb for 32 years before retiring in 2000. After retirement William would help out local Funeral homes doing tasks such as evening doors, carries, and livery. In his free time William enjoyed vacationing in Aruba with his loving wife, daughter and grandchildren. William was a longtime season ticket holder for both Rutgers Football and Rutgers Basketball; and a dedicated, lifetime, Pittsburg Steelers fan. He was predeceased by his parents, John Toth and Anna Horvath. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Gerda Toth and his two daughters, Tracy Freeman and her partner David McClintock of Laurence Harbor, NJ and Diane O'Reilly of East Brunswick, NJ. His Son In-laws Joseph Freeman of Matawan, NJ, and William O'Reilly of East Brunswick, his sister, Julie Ann Sago, husband Charles, daughter Lisa of P.A.; his sister in-law Iza Kabuska of V.A. and his grandchildren Matthew, Brian, Allen, Erin, Bridget, and Suzanne and Great Grandson Damien. Visitation for William will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on January 3, 2013 at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue Edison, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Funeral services will begin at 9:15 a.m. at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue Edison, NJ Funeral Service will take place at 10 am January 4, 2014 at The United Methodist Church in New Brunswick.
