We are so glad to have had the opportunity to visit with Aunt Lucy during her 90th birthday celebration as it was a happy time. Even though it was brief, it will be one to remember and cherish. Family is not defined by blood but by love of one another.

My sister Lucy..what can I say accept she was one in a million like no other..There is so much I will miss about my sister..the many happy memories of myself and my sister Tina when Lucy had to babysit us..Thinking about these memories today can only make me cry from laughing. She was a serious to a point and tough in some ways. He children and Grand kids were her whole life..her every breath was her family. Sometimes I would kid and make a small remark and she would give me a look and I would start laughing. She was tough when she knew she was right and she would let you know it and put you in your place..But the real truth is...the "LADY" didn't have a mean bone in her whole body. This Lady Was and Always will be the BEST Sister a girl could have and I was lucky enough to have had her in my life. She will truly be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. REST IN PEACE my sweet Sister..Love you MISS DAISY

The memories of going into the house and seeing Lucy cooking sauce and getting ready for a Yankee game will stay with me. She would be yelling c'mon Bucky or c'mon Dickey....she was such an avid yankee fan and it was so much fun to watch her watch the games. She had some of the best sauce, I had ever tasted and i always had a great time sitting in the living room watching her watch the games. I am so very sorry for your loss. It was a pleasure knowing her and growing up in her house....
