Elizabeth E. (Iacouzzo) Ritz, of Edison passed away Tuesday, October, 29, 2013, at home. She was 89 years old. Born in New Brunswick, she lived there until moving to Edison 64 years ago. Mrs. Ritz was employed as a line worker for J&J baby products in North Brunswick for 30 years retiring in 1979. She was a communicant of St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in Highland Park, the Edison Senior Citizens and the J&J 25 year Club. She was predeceased by her loving husband Anthony Ritz Jr. in 2002, 4 brothers Joseph, Rocco, Vincent and Leonard Iacouzze, and 4 sisters Mildred Castrovinci, Mary Breese, Jean Broderick, and Julia Previty. Surviving are a son Kenneth and his wife Greta Ritz of Spotswood, a daughter Angela and her husband Joseph Mondello of Edison, 2 grandchildren Nicholas Mondello and Candance Bertelson and a 2 great grandsons Chance and Nicholas. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 5th, at 9:30 AM from the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at Transfiguration of the Lord at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Highland Park. Entombment will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, November 4, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
