Jason G. Rhodes "Hillbilly Jay", 41 of Metuchen, passed away Monday, August 4, 2014. Born in New Brunswick, Jason was a resident of Metuchen most of his life. He was a big guy with a gentle soul, touching the lives of many. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Robert and Maria Hayter and Steve and Maude Schermond. He is survived by his loving parents, Ronald and Donna Rhodes of Metuchen; and his Aunt Linda Rhodes of Metuchen. Visitation will be on Friday, August, 8, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to the family.
