Obituary of Angelina Pino

Angelina R. Pino (née Alessi,) 93, of Edison, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014, at home. Born in Metuchen, she was a resident of Edison for many years. Mrs. Pino worked at the Raritan Arsenal in Edison in 1942 and was a homemaker, caring for her family. She was a communicant at Transfiguration of the Lord Parish at Guardian Angels Church in Edison and was active in many church activities including the Bowling League, Altar Rosary Society, and Senior Citizens groups. She loved overnight stays in Atlantic City as well as trips to Las Vegas. Mrs. Pino was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert Pino in 2012. Surviving are her son, Jeffrey Pino and his wife Linda of Carteret; two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jennifer Pino both of Piscataway, as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at 9:30 a.m. at the Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue in New Brunswick followed by at 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church in Edison. Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Monday, April 21, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 22, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
