Joseph Mastrocola, 58, of Edison, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Joe was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Jean Mastrocola; and his sister, Karen Kish and her husband Ernie. He is survived by his wife, Ana; his daughters, Kari Ivory and her husband Rich, Kristina and her partner Rick, and Katie; his sister, Joanne Zimmer, her husband; and many nieces and nephews. Joe loved the Las Vegas Raiders, the New York Yankees, game shows and time with his family. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Gathering on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Cremation was private.
