Felipe “Phil” R. Elimanco, 90, of Edison, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at the comforts of his home. He was shy of his 91st birthday on October 22nd. Felipe was born in Placer, Surigao del Norte, Philippines and was the eldest of seven siblings. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer and retired from Star Enterprises Inc. He was a very active parishioner of Guardian Angels RC Church, Edison, particularly in fundraising. He was also an active board member of Surigao Association, CITAA-ESB, and Highland Park Lion’s Club. Felipe is survived by his wife, Cleofe Elimanco; sons, Arnold and his wife Elaine, Brandon and his wife April, and Edneil and his wife Melissa; daughters, Carolyn Elimanco and Deanna Winters and her husband Terry; along with his grandchildren, Kylie, Christian, Reesa, Nicolas, TD, Jaden and Logan. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Monday, October 17, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Guardian Angels RC Church, 37 Plainfield Avenue, Edison. Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, US Highway 1 North, Woodbridge. Instead of flowers, Cleofe Elimanco lovingly asks to donate that amount to Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church (aka Transfiguration of the Lord Parish).
