Mary Margaret (Marge) Shirley, 93, of Edison passed away on Wednesday, August 17th at home. Born in Allentown, PA, to the late John and Josephine Herega, she resided in Carteret before moving to Edison over sixty-five years ago.

Marge was predeceased by her sister, Johanna O'Hara; and her husband of 65 years, Frank Shirley. She is survived by her brother, John Herega of FL; and her children, David of Tinton Falls, Diane Kohlbecker and her husband Albert of Edison, Joseph and his wife Theresa of Mt. Holly, NC, Arleen Burns and her husband Jeff of John's Creek, GA, and Allen of Edison; along with 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
