Mary Ann Cassano, 82, of Edison, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022 at JFK Medical Center. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY where she lived until moving to Edison in 2000. After an early start at the phone company, she worked in the banking industry and retired from HSBC. She was devoted to her family above all things, loved shopping and enjoyed springtime the most. She loved to watch her flower garden grow while attracting butterflies to the yard. Mary was predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Macko; and her husband of 55 years, Frank (Francis) Cassano in 2017. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Christine and Warren Biskupek and was the beloved Mimi to her grandsons, Matthew & Jason. Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 4-8pm at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 14th at 10am at Guardian Angels RC Church. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
