Raymond T. Hanson Jr., 72, of Somerset, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022. He was a carpenter for Middlesex College for 35 years. Raymond was a member of the New Brunswick Elks. In his free time, he enjoyed live music and watching sports. Raymond was predeceased by his wife, Joyce Hanson; his parents, Raymond T. Sr. and Elaine Hanson; and his sisters, Karen Hartland and Elaine (Cookie) Schwalje. He is survived by his son, Keith Hanson and his wife Colleen; brother in law, Allen Hartland; grandchildren, Cailyn and James; along with many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 6th at 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Cloverleaf Memorial Park in Woodbridge.
