Beverly A. Krom, 75, of Somerset, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Beverly was born in Paterson, NJ to the late Lucas and Frances Krom. She graduated from James Caldwell High School, Caldwell, NJ in 1965. She attended and graduated from Waynesburg College in Pennsylvania. She was a social worker for the Essex County Welfare Department until her retirement. Beverly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, discussing politics and watching British comedies, football and baseball games. She was a devoted Steelers and Yankee fan. She loved her bulldogs (Bonnie, Bob, Bogie, Dudley) and taking care of all the birds and squirrels in her neighborhood. Beverly is survived by her sister, Valerie Schoenert and her husband; niece; two nephews; two grand nieces; five grand nephews her partner Vinnie Candelmo and his two daughters and three grandchildren. She was their beloved Mema and her laughter and love of delicious family meals and dessert will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service at on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Jackson Baptist Church in Jackson, NJ.
