Susan Egan, age 69, of Monroe Twp. passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She was born and raised in New Brunswick, retired to Daytona Beach, Florida for 16 years, and moved to Monroe Township in 2018. Sue was a graduate of St. Peter’s High School and Rutgers University. She often spoke about her many fond memories of her time at Saint Peter’s High School, class of 1969. She retired from the Middlesex County Housing Department after 25 years. Sue enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, shopping and her art, especially painting. Sue was predeceased by her parents, Francis and Louise Egan; and her sister, Marian Egan. She is survived by her brother, Michael Egan and his wife Pat of Monroe Twp. She also leaves her nieces and nephews, Michael Egan, Dennis Egan, John Connelly, Allison Lyons, Bonnie Farber and Beth Sullivan. She also leaves behind 15 great-nieces and nephews, and many cousins and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday, October 29th, 11am at St. Peter’s Church, New Brunswick.
