Gloria Emhart age 72 passed away after a long illness, on Monday May 15, 2017 at JFK Haven Hospice in Edison. Gloria was a nurse in the Oncology unit at JFK Medical Center for many years before her retirement. Gloria was predeceased in death by her husband Barry, and her parents Walter and Dorothy Plichta, and her sister JoAnn. She will be remembered by her surviving family; her 2 sisters Carol Shurak and brother-in-law Ken Shurak; and Dorothy Plichta; her nephew Stephen and his wife Heather and their baby Logan; and her niece Kimberly. The family members will receive friends on Friday May 19th at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison from 9 am to 10 am, a Blessing will follow at 10 am, followed by the interment at Lake Nelson Cemetery in Piscataway.
